1. Agreement

By accessing or using Xcelo (the consumer website/app and related services described here), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if that age is higher) to use the consumer app, consistent with our Privacy Policy and how Xcelo is offered on app stores (Teen / 13+ style audience where applicable).

2. What Xcelo provides — full product picture

Consumer application: A signed-in experience to:

• Watch videos on Home (Entertainment) — only videos without Education and without Shop tags.
• Browse Education and Shop feeds — videos tagged in our system with the corresponding categories.
• Use Results — a leaderboard of users by count of completed demo promotional clips (per player rules). The screen may use competitive or "game-like" presentation (ordering, rank labels); that is still only a count-based leaderboard, not a prize game or gambling.
• Use Topics — leaderboards and personal totals for completed video watches per topic (Education slug, Shop slug, or Entertainment/Home). Higher rank or standout labels reflect more completed watches in that category, not a gift, cash entitlement, or guaranteed benefit from Xcelo.
• Manage Profile and settings.

Xcelo Studio (separate tool for publishers) is used to upload videos, set Education/Shop tags, and view operational analytics. Studio is not where end users consume the main feed unless we explicitly provide that; ordinary viewers use the consumer app.

3. Engagement statistics — no money, no gifts, no withdrawals

The app may show numbers and ranks (demo ads completed; completed watches by category; comparisons with other users).For you as a user, those statistics mainly provide: a clear summary of what you have completed, an optional way to compare your counts with others on the same leaderboard or topic, and a simple view of which areas of the app reflect the most completed watches for you.They are for information and community engagement only. They are not currency, not a stored value wallet, not a prize entry with guaranteed merchandise, and not something you can redeem for cash, bank transfer, UPI payout, vouchers, or physical gifts from Xcelo solely because of viewing or rank.

Xcelo does not operate a consumer-facing gift programme, prize pool, or withdrawal product tied to these statistics. Any legacy or internal APIs that once related to gifts or withdrawals are disabled or blocked in the consumer-facing deployment so the live product matches this document.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information where asked. You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account. Do not share credentials. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, impersonate others, or evade enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm users, overload systems, or attempt to cheat watch or ad completion logic.

5. Content, tags, and creator responsibility (Studio)

If you upload content through Studio, you are responsible for having the rights to that content and for choosing tags that fairly describe the video. Misleading tags (e.g. marking non-educational content as Education purely for traffic) may result in removal of content or restriction of your access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any video.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent technical measures (including ad or watch verification) or automate viewing in a way that misrepresents human engagement.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the service without permission.
• Use the service for illegal purposes, harassment, malware distribution, or intellectual property infringement.
• Reverse engineer or probe the service in ways that compromise security.

7. Intellectual property

Xcelo branding, software, and layout are protected. Videos belong to their respective owners or licensors. You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to stream content through the app as we make it available — not to copy, redistribute, or publicly perform it beyond what copyright law allows.

8. No professional advice

Education and Shop videos may be educational or promotional in nature. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or investment advice unless clearly stated and properly licensed.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties where the law permits. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Xcelo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

Unless a different mandatory law applies where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your country of residence.
